✓ Roles and responsibilities of Flight Support
• Provide best-in-class customer service and problem resolution to customer queries over the voice based phone service.
•. Support customers across telecommunication/ email and chat.
•Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
• Clarify customer requirements.
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly and a professional manner using agreed upon procedures virtually.
•Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns.
√ Roles and responsibilities of Air ticketing Executive
• PNR creation, issuance, re-issuance, changes/ cancellation, rescheduling.
• Coordinating with airline and customers over the phone and emails.
• Responsible for revenue generation for the company.
