Roles and Responsibilities:
Have daily interactions with customers and handle all issues from end to end via call / chat
Go the extra mile to engage customers in solving issues and ensure satisfaction.
Build rapport with customers, diagnose and resolve issues quickly and effectively
Managing customer expectations regarding estimated response time.
Eligibility Criteria:
Under-graduation and Above
Fresher to 2 Year experience in International Voice process.
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem solving and customer service skills
Willing to work in 24*7 Shifts
Willing to work from Office
