Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad is Hiring for Contract Position

 

Applications are invited for the post of AI/ML Engineers in the area of Artificial Intelligence 

for the AI Centre of Excellence (project of national importance) at IIT Hyderabad.

The selected candidates will have an opportunity to work with a diverse consortium of experts across leading academic institutions, industry partners, government organizations, NGOs and international organizations.

 • Consolidated Pay : Rs. 60000 – Rs 90000 pm

• Appointment Tenure this is a contract position for   a duration of 6 months, and is extensible based on   performance(and fund availability). The position   can be converted to M Tech/Phd subject to the   requirements of the department, and the   candidate’s performance.

• Education Qualification:  Bachelor’s degree in     Computer Science and Engineering/Artificial Intelligence/Mathematics and Computing/ECE (or any related discipline) with at least 60% marks.

• Fluency in English writing and technical     communication.

• Earlier industry/project experience (at least 1 year) in applied machine learning

• Knowledge of programming in Python Desirable   Experience

• Knowledge of programming in PyTorch/Tensorflow/Scikitlearn

• Knowledge of working with opensource   frameworks

• Candidate with prior experience in translating ML   code to deployment/production will be given preference

• Candidate with experience in handling IoT   data/sensor data/camera data will be given preference
